I’ve never had a problem at this location. AlwYs a good customer experience. I ordered chicken pot pie. It was the last one. I was happy to finally get one as no location were serving them due to a shortage.
I went into the establishment on 3/27/23 for lunch and also to pick up lunch for my mom. I usually have the market bowl with two different veggie sides...my usual. I ordered the Sou5hern Fried Chicken dinner for my mom. However, before I exited the parking lot, the store manager flagged me down, came to my vehicle, and notified me that another patron complained that the Southern Fried Chicken was too dry. He told me he would exchange the chicken for another meat if I'd come back inside. This is what you call "Above and Beyond Service.." ; ) I'm more than satisfied with my overall experience at this location.
The last place you can get real food at a very reasonable price instead of the simple fast food burgers and french fries
Delicious food , quick and friendly service at this Boston Market ! The turkey is awesome and so are all the sides. Staff are friendly and welcoming !
So, I went in there on Thanksgiving. And as you can see, the place is packed. All the workers were doing their best to be very cordial and get the people in and out as fast as I could under very tough circumstances. I try to leave a tip on the credit card. But they said I couldn't do it. Perhaps Boston Market should look into that feature for their hard working employees as a lot of people do not carry cash on them nowadays.
Great food great service I like the place
Found out that this place is under new management. He made so many changes to this place that its a completely different vibe. He said he slowly getting new equipment and wants to restore this place and make it successful. I feel his determination through the food. I can tell this guy cares. I was happy with my visit, I hope the other locations learn from this guy. I miss how Boston market use to be, where the quality is what mattered.
I went there for a Thanksgiving turkey meal. The turkey was excellent the stuffing was very good and so were the mashed potatoes and gravy. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was good. Of course you can imagine this was a group of people that did not have families or somebody to cook for them and went there to get a turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day.The meal was about 19 which I think is a little steep but in today's economy I think it was a reasonable price.
